Science moves faster when everyone is in the room.
Biotechnology and biopharma shape how the world treats disease. Yet the people doing that work do not yet reflect the patients it serves, and underrepresented professionals often navigate the industry without the networks others take for granted.
MIBB exists to change that. We connect minority scientists, operators, and leaders across the industry so that introductions happen, expertise gets seen, and the next opportunity reaches the people ready for it.
